Dear Colleagues on the SIIC,

Ahead of the SIIC meeting, communities and civil society organisations wanted to Compartir with you a statement ahead of the 15th SIIC Meeting while the strategic framework and allocation policy, as well as issues on sustainability and transition are being discussed. We hope that our key concerns and needs are integrated in your discussions during the 15th SIIC Meeting and SIIC retreat.

This position statement was a result of the “Communities and Civil Society Consultation on the Global Fund Strategy 2017 – 2021 and 5th Replenishment” convened by the Communities Delegation on the Board of the Global Fund and co-organised by the Global Fund Advocates Network Asia-Pacific (GFAN AP).

The statement is endorsed by 102 organisations at this point, and we aim to present this statement (with additional signatures) to the vice-chair of the Board at the 2nd Partnership Forum in Bangkok.
